My then-5-year-old got this out of the library in August 2008 and I read it to him at bedtime. I loved it! It's a colorful retelling of Sleeping Beauty, but the author is very creative with language and "Beauty" turns into a dragon that snores very loudly. It does have a "happily ever after" ending, but with a twist.
