Just recently reread this with my 6-year-old and enjoyed it once again. (Previously we read them with Chris.) Good old Judy Blume--a wonderful, versatile children's author. My most cherished memory of her writing is my battered copy of Forever--I was one of the few adolescents allowed to own a copy.
